Thank goodness this clinic was there next to the Denali Princess Lodge. Very nice people working there. I ended up testing positive for having the flu. They set me up with some great drugs that will get me through this until I get home. The cost wasn't that bad, $140, compared to the $1000 my friends were charged on the Princess ship for the same illness. Had to stop by for an after hours visit because my son fell and got a laceration on his head. We had prompt attention and the PA Tom was excellent and very thorough. While there aren't many other options nearby, I'm grateful to have had such wonderful service! you know the staff are really nice, but I go in, having a potential stomach flu, after throwing up at work and filling out workers forms, and now after being told it would charge it to that, they charged me 1200$ for "surgery". only thing I got was medications that I paid for out of pocket. they seem like nice people, but that is an absurdity to say the least and unfortunately I dont think there are many other options around The staff was awesome. They explained everything to my husband and helped my daughter calm down and really showed how caring our small community is. Thank you for doing a great job stitching my daughter's finger. These people are awesome! They got me back on the road on my vacation and gave some much needed pain relief for a fractured rib. Plus the technician has a sense of humor!
